Upholstery
1. Structure & Technological Assembly
We use modern techniques – including CAD/CAM-assisted cutting – to ensure precision in shaping (sofas, armchairs, chairs, beds).
We integrate industrial machinery to support the structural framework, while preserving an artisanal touch throughout the process.
2. Fillings and Ergonomics
We apply foams of varying densities, depending on the intended function and desired comfort (firmer seats, softer backrests).
Springs may also be used in larger sofas to increase durability and seating comfort.
3. Custom Upholstery Covers
Upholstery is available in fabric or leather, tailored to each client’s style – including double stitching, embroidery or exclusive finishing details.
We’ve launched lines such as “Be by Pelcorte”, offering refined finishes and a high degree of personalisation.
4. Finishing Touches
Traditional techniques include meticulous seam finishing, passepoil (piping) application, and moderate capitonné (button tufting) on more classic pieces.
Skilled seamstresses ensure a high standard of final assembly.
5. Sustainability
We select materials from responsible sources.
Eco-friendly practices are implemented throughout the entire production process.
6. 360º Customisation
Each piece (sofas, armchairs, beds, etc.) can be fully customised — in size, fabric, colour and finish — to suit any architectural or interior design project.
The “Tuscany” model, among others, demonstrates this versatility by allowing clients to choose according to their own preferences.
